How Pre-Orders Work

We’ve had a few questions about how pre-orders work, so here’s a clear breakdown.

When placing a pre-order, please make sure you carefully check the release date and the estimated shipping date shown on the product listing. Release dates and shipping times are estimates and may be subject to change.

When purchasing a pre-order item, you will be required to confirm that you understand you are buying a pre-order product. This is done by ticking a confirmation box before checkout. Once confirmed, the Buy Now and Add to Cart buttons will become available so you can proceed with your purchase.

All pre-order items are shipped on the date stated in the listing - this is usually the official release date.

If you place a pre-order together with an item that is currently in stock, your entire order will be shipped together on the pre-order release date.

If you order multiple pre-order items with different release dates, your order will be shipped when the last item becomes available (based on the latest release date).
